it does not work

recently I bought new keyboard Gamdias Heremes essential and I plugged it in and installed drivers for(I had to use my old keyboard to do that so I can download it from their webstie) so I installed drivers and The keyboard does not work! Windows cannot recognize USB Device and even Icon of the keyboard does not showup on driver window sometimes keyboard lights up but its not functinoning it just says Windows doesnt let USB Device to install becouse is doing to much problems error 43 I dont know what to do This is my First Mechanical keyboard
