Clear the cmos and see if that fixes it.

i would guess that either the PCIe rail in the PSU died somehow or that the card is dead. if you have access to another PSU/computer you could try the card in that

Try re-seating it, and try a different PCI power cable

Corsair K65/K70 RGB are good quality, not wireless however. (And is quite expensive for a keyboard)

At that price point and IPS I recommend these three. Two of them are free-sync *perfect for your GPU* and IPS while the other one is simply a good 1440p IPS panel. I looked around for 60hz ones but there wasn't much price difference and their refresh rate is quite a bit.

    (XG270HU also an option)

4k and 1440p are both great for productivity
the problem is that 4k is too hard to run on lower budgets

i'd go with the 2 1440p or try getting a nice 34" WQHD IPS panel

Id go for 2x 1440p displays, mainly because 4k is can i say it this way "unstable" for the moment and in real world gaming you would not notice a difference unless you take a 1440p picture and a 4k picture and look at them closely

I think 1440 is the sweet spot right now, in a year maybe 4k will be a better option but for now 1440 is the shit. Buy the time graphics cards make 4k a viable option we'll have better 4k monitors so I'd go 1440.

Scaling in Windows and programs isn't really up to where I would want it to be to be to have everything consistently legible. The pixel density is nice, but I think 1440p is good enough, especially for the work that I do (Photoshop and the like). I've also got a similar card (390x), and I wouldn't have to spend more money GPU wise.

My next monitor upgrade is most likely going to be a one of those neat 21:9 monitors.

60c is low. You're fine up to 80-90c at load and idle temps don't really matter.

Well, If you have the money go for the GTX 980ti. If you don't have the money then go for the R9 390 and wait for new GPU's to come out next year
