Sunako got a reaction from WereCat in [updated] Ryzen 3000 CPU benchmark spotted on Sandra
no one is getting screwed if they increase core counts. if a person bought a 6 core at the time it is what they could afford and met their needs. Just because there is a large leap forward and people that bought something in the past and something Better comes out does not mean that people are geting screwed or ripped off.

Sunako got a reaction from Technous285 in NYPD demands Google to Stop Revealing Location Of DWI Checkpoints through Waze
Ok so you want to say every thing is a right? You do not have the right to drive. You are permitted to use a car with a valid drivers license in which you agree to submit to a breath, blood, urine test if requested by a officer of the law for that jurisdiction if the driver of any mechanical vehicle. A passenger is free to refuse. This is the law not a right. Second is you do not have the right to use a vehicle on a public road unless said vehicle is registered with the dmv for one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. All others are allowed travel permission only when passing thru a legal port of entry. There is no rights involved here only established rule of law. I’m sorry you can’t disconnect your feeling from what has been deemed lawful. You are free to lobby to have these laws changed at your own expense.

I don’t believe it is a moral argument here. It is what is lawful and what is not. You have the mind set that people that have done something wrong lose all right. When the government that this pertains to has come to the conclusion that even people that have done wrong still have rights and that law enforcement must follow their own rules as well.

The other thing that I have seen some people argue that the stops are unconstitutional. They are as long as they have been posted ahead of time. Every car is checked verbally meaning showing a note or license through the window Is not enough and give the officers reason to further detain the person. And all states have a clause when you receive a drivers license That you will submit to a sobriety test or lose the right to the license and are there for in voilation of the law and can be jailed for not submitting.

The NYPD will most certainly lose as police are alrdy required to post sobriety check points publicly at least 24 hours ahead of time.

Sunako got a reaction from SpaceGhostC2C in It's happened. Self-driving Uber kills pedestrian
Majority of states give pedestrians the right of way over cars when crossing a road when leaving from on corner a buss stop or if there is no cross walk within 800 feet but only to cross from one side to the other in a safe fashion even across a highway. You can not stop on the road way unless it is for your own safety. I legally cross a highway several times a month with no cross walk on pacific coast highway in pagination beach California
as for others calling cyclist pedestrians they are motorist in most states and must boat all traffic laws. If using a cross walk for your bike you must walk it instead of ride it. The only restriction for bikes on most roads is meeting the
minimum speed for the high way. If unless otherwise posted no bike shall travel on a highway unless it is the only route between two places.

It looks like you don't need to own any of the games they just come with the service so this is were most of the cost is most likely coming from.

Sunako got a reaction from donggun222 in Which tech product have you bought that was worth every penny
The only product I have bought and thought was worth every penny or more are
We-vibe classic and
We-Vibe 4 Plus
even with some hiccups after updates to the We-Vibe app that stopped syncing for a while. Wireless and syncing over the internet made long bouts away from my girlfriend much more bareable along with extra sense of security that she wasn't going to go looking elsewhere well away.

Sunako got a reaction from Enderman in New youtube features
Have had the watched bar you are showing since before I moved back to California on aug 9th only appears on my desktop mobil and laptops don't have it yet. Have also had changes to layout of setting and a colored CC box instead of just grey or white on black back ground
captop text has been changing from Video to video on auto generated captions. It swaps between different contrast and colors. Also pined comments are back for some creators but seems region specific ATM

Sunako reacted to Energycore in Infinite Warfare benchmarks, RX 480 beating a 980ti!

This is more like it. I don't know what overclockers.net did, but their results and TPU's differ massively. I would trust TPU on this one.

Sunako reacted to patrickjp93 in Newegg sold to china
Newegg is a sales vendor, not a technology corporation at the center of vital U.S. security interests. Don't conflate things. I never said U.S. companies would not sell to China. I said those with vital national security interest wouldn't. IBM, Intel, and Nvidia will never be sold to foreign powers. Neither will Microsoft or Apple or Google. The FTC doesn't give a damn about a digital marketplace that doesn't even make up a large minority of tech sales in the U.S. (it's not even 20%). If Amazon gets sold, then it's a problem.

Sunako reacted to FmPhenom in FBI 'could force Apple to hand over private key'
Ohhh spooky language.
Man you pulled a mind trick with the ABCs. You got me good kid.
When you write your book will it be pop up?
You could read my facebook , snapchat, Instagram , myspace, and scan my steam account if you were a form of law enforcement and you were INVESTIGATING me.
Face it. You haven't a clue on how this should be handled. Neither do I but I do know this. If the FBI, CIA, Mi6 or Duke Nukem wants to trample on 2 dead pieces of shits privacy rights to get info off of dead people phones that may potentially keep me, my friends and family, you and every law abiding citizen safe. I HOPE THEY DO IT WITH SOCCER CLEATS ON.
