  1. I like the idea of a short Throw projector, allowing to project without the need of a lot of space. Also It's nice to see other inputs than vga.

  3. I am building a new pc and an SSD would make it faster. Nowadays I think the performance gains clearly overcome the cost of having an SSD along (asuming you are using a HDD for mass storage)

  5. Hello, and thanks for the advice. If I had the chance at that moment I would have gone with NF-P12, but here (Argentina) you can't get those, that's why I went with a couple of NZXT No-PWM fans that luckily get the job done. For now the problem seems to be solved thanks to the bottom fan that manages to create a good airflow, but I will try to switch to NF-P12 or F12 if I get the chance in the future. Thanks again for the advice.
  6. Ok, I will keep that in mind. Thanks for the info.
  7. Hi! Thanks for answering, I'm still on the listening side indeed. I've had some succes by adding a cooler at every fan slot, but the bottom one was the one did the trick. On the CPU side I installed a Cooler Master Vortex plus (I know it wasn't the best option but was the only one I could get at the moment). Overall, I'm very happy with my actual setup, but now that you just confirmed that the Noctua NH-D14 works, I may switch to it if I get the chance. Anyway, thanks again for sharing this information. Have a good one!

  9. Good Afternoon everyone (At least here is afternoon) Today it occurred to me of using high static pressure fans to pull air into a restricted airflow case, such as the NZXT H230 (which is the one I have). Introduction: In the event that you are't familiar with the case, it has a front door that reveals a 2 X 120mm fan dust filter from which air is pulled in. When the door is closed, the air goes in through a mesh on the front left side (looking from the front) that measures 240mm X 13-14mm. (That's the case) The problem: When the door is closed, the air flow is restricted resulting in an increased temperature inside which translates in an increased noise level, primarily by the cpu cooler, which is the stock one and with some luck, will be replaced soon. The question: Asuming that replacing the stock cooler with something better doesn't solve the problem. Will using high static pressure fans (the ones used to move air through a heatsink or radiator) help with the airflow inside the case, and in consecuence with the temperature and noise levels? Other thoughts: The case also has a bottom 120mm fan mount beside the PSU that can be used, provided you get a grill to keep the cables out of the fan. That opening does not have any other restriction than a dust filter. I'm planning to try this once I get the mentioned grill and swapping one of the front fans to the bottom. Thanks in advance for any light you can shine on this problem.
  10. I had an old XFX gpu die after a year of use. It was kind of cheap so I should have seen it coming.
  11. I found this channel after viewing a Techquickie video. Always liked the format and professional quality.
  12. I really like the design and the aluminium finish.
