  1. Linus has both.....he said his wife was amazed when he installed this....I was under the impression he had ubiquiti ac at his house for his shield....is it that much better?
  2. if OP has the money for it(and he can push 144hz at 1440p which he cant)....lambo>>>ford focus still dosent mean i can afford it
  3. I think gsync is worth it....but at those prices the monitor is getting pretty close to some nicer monitors.dont get me wrong it is a really nice monitor(i have one) but i was impatient
  4. If you have a 144hz monitor than you should get an IPS for things like multimedia and other things and game on the 144hz.or maby get a 21:9 as a second if you like movies? Unless the plan is to get a third for triple monitor gaming I wouldnt buy a second 144hz
  5. If cs go is your main game and you like shooters than a 144hz like the benq will be perfect for you.Even though its not IPS its high refresh rate.will it look as good on the desktop?no but you have to pick you battles. You have to ask yourself what do I do with my computer?do I stare at photos all day or want to look at my monitor at weird angles? Then get an IPS. Do I play highly competive fast paced games? Get a 144hz monitor. Do I have allot of extra money? Get both and give some to the poor
  6. 144hz at 1080p is hard to push (even for a top tier card) in new AAA games. Its actually harder that 1440p 60hz.OP if you like twitch shooters than get a 1080p 144hz.If not you will be MUCH happier with a 1440p 60hz ips or even a wide screen 21:9 monitor(be warned with a wide screen all your online videos will have black bars...I ended up grabbing a second monitor because it drove me nuts but movies look amazing)
  7. This vs ubiquiti ac access point? That's what I'm courios about, thinking about getting one
  8. Don't mind the vessel thing I can wait...you have to make money.when it drops to youtube can we have them all at once? Or would there be a reason to release one a week?
  9. I used a 32inch1080p tv as a monitor for a few years and it works fine(obviously a 24 inch 1080p monitor looks better)I use monitors now and would def recommend a monitor but if you just want to use a tv it'll work fine.just make sure you go into the settings and findeither the pc or game mode after that go into the advanced settings and turn off any fancy picture processing your tv wants to do(this is what's going to ruin the experience)after that you goof(prob have to color calibrate it)
  10. Yay! Glad to be here .now I just got to fill it
  11. storage is cheap. time is not, I dont want to rerip all my movies in a few years when im rocking a 10tb ssd in my laptop. My bluray rips are between 20 and 30 gb each

  13. Yea only 4k tn 60hz....4k is in its infancy if you want 4k 60hz ips/igzo you can spend 3000 USD for it.and if you want 4k ips 144hz then my friend become an engineer and create it.
