    is it on stock speeds?

    Since when did stock speeds overheat vrms? Pretty sure these motherboards are tested so that they can at least handle 100% load and not overheat. I'm not saying the motherboard is good, but it will be sufficient for stock speeds if you have adequate cooling.

    UPDATE I FIXED IT! it had to do with me starting it with a screwdriver, unplugging it, replugging it and trying to start it again
