Show off your Windows/Desktop! Was looking around the forums a bit and saw there is no thread to show off how people like their software experience! If there are threads like this, I apologise to everyone, please tell me where Keeping this Windows only. Here's my desktop: 6 space wallpapers changing every hour. Right side: Simple Date&Time Rainmeter skin, originaly by lilshizzy, customized by me. (http://www.deviantart.com/art/Rainmeter-Simple-Media-1-1-212678796) Bottom: 8 icons/buttons for launching different stuff. They are at 50% opacity, they fully fade in on hover. (Made them myslef) Running Windows 10. Taskbar is on Auto-Hide (Appears when cursor touches the bottom of the screen.) Windows accents automaticly change colours to match the wallpaper, ofcourse. Chrome, Youtube & Steam: Chrome skin: Click Here Youtube skin for Chrome: Click Here Steam Skin: Click Here I keep my android stock Marshmallow ROM, but I like to play around with my Windows What about you guys? -

So I decided to reinatall my windows, it's been a long time. I created a bootable USB and installed Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1. Everything went fine. After booting up, I downloaded the newest ethernet drivers from the motherboards website. I tried to install the driver, but it said: "The realtek controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable." Then I tried older versions but the same thing happenes. When I tried to install other drivers, such as USB, chipset, audio etc it just says: "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." I tried reinstalling windows and manually installing drivers through device manager but it just wont work. Any ideas, i got a feeling im missing something here. Note that these drivers worked on previous installations of windows on this machine. Specs: i5 4960k, r9 290, asus p8b75-m le, 8gb hyperx fury

U think it's a complete redesign from the outside, but the hardware is the same. (Not sure, better check.)

I just bought a Razer Abyssus 2014 mouse. It was the only good mouse for the price at the store, that wasn't massively overpriced. Thoughts?

The top 2x140mm fans are spinning slower then normal - I put those adapters on, so I'm having positive pressure. So you're happy with the overclock that the ASUS 5 Way Optimization did? Does it give a stable oc or am I better on doing it myself?

Had the same problem a couple of days ago - it turned out to be a bad PSU cable. Check the connection on that cable and try a different one.

I just wanted to know if the temps are fine considering the new cooler. Glad they're fine. I'm planning to OC, what are the max temps I sould be going for?

I bought a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. Just wondering if the temps are good. The CPU is Intel Core i5 4690K. I used the thermal paste that came with the cooler. 4 case fans - 2x120mm intake, 2x140mm exaust The case is Fractal Design ARC Mini R2. Temps(avg.) : Idle: 25C Gaming: 40C - 50C Prime95 Stress test (small FFTs, 15min): 70C I'm guessing this is fine, but I wanna hear your oppinion. So what do you think?

So I bought myself a Hyper 212 EVO and I need to clean the old thermal paste... Can I do it with that medicine alcohol or acetone? I don't have where to buy isopropyl alcohol really, can I do it with those?

I'm kinda a noob in this department, so go easy On-board audio is s*it for microphone recording so I'm gonna pick up a sound card. To my knowledge, ASUS Xonar cards have a good reputation for being good low-budget sound cards. The only one in my store is the Xonar DG. I don't have an expensive mic, but I wanna get rid of the echo/hissing (you know what I mean - sssssss ). How much will this improve my recordings? I've seen a youtube video where a guy compared on-board sound with the DGX card. Day/night difference. (go to 4:20) Will I get the same effect on the DG? Thanks

Kind of a stupid question, but I'm about to buy a 212 evo but I'm not sure if i'll fit... I have a Fractal Design ARC Mini R2, and the ram is HyperX Fury (it's not a bit stick...)

I recently bought a new PC exept my old Seagate HDD and a Corsair CX600W PSU. Before the upgrade, I had a an ASUS P8B75-M LE mobo, i5 3330 and an HD7770 and everything worked just fine. The problem started when I changed my platform to an i5 4690K and an ASRock Z97m Pro 4. Here's the problem: Every second time I start my PC (on average) it won't boot up. The power LED indicator and the lights in the case start flashing. I'm guessing that the power delivery isn't constant becasue you can also hear the PC starting up parallel with the lights flashing. I would record the startup but you can't see anything - I'm guessing it's because it flashes more rapidly then the shutter on my phone camera. I repeat - every second time I start my PC (on average) this happenes. Then I have to unplug it from the wall, put the chord back in, press the power button and it works normally. What's the problem? It it maybe the PSU? Thanks.
