  2. Maybe a video on SmartGear gadgets, and how they don't hold up to the awesome tech tools in LTTStore.com. Here's what I mean: Neck Phone Holder: https://www.target.com/p/smartgear-neck-phone-holder/-/A-83703786#lnk=sametab Desktop Punching Bag: https://www.target.com/p/smartgear-desk-punching-bag-red/-/A-83703790#lnk=sametab Temperature Control Smart Mug: https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-6372399/smart-gear-temperature-control-smart-mug.jsp Dashboard Camera: https://www.amazon.com/Smartgear-Photo-Video-Dashboard-Camera/dp/B0833DZNNW Multi-Tool: https://www.amazon.com/SmartGear-Multi-tool-functions-Campsite-Screwdriver/dp/B073NR43FK Need more ideas? There's a whole list on Poshmark: https://poshmark.com/brand/SmartGear All of these are U.S.-based links. If they don't work for you, try using a VPN to view them, or simply do a web search. SmartGear is everywhere, so it shouldn't be hard to find these things.
  3. In my experience, I ALWAYS have to reboot Windows after turning on HDR. I sometimes still then have to re-launch the game after turning on HDR in the game (depends on the game). Also the colours being blown out is exactly what happens on HDRarent monitors and as such it makes sense it would be worse on a game with good HDR than one that barely uses it, as its trying to represent contrast changes much wider than it can display.
  4. I agree with everything you said besides this paragraph. I'm from Romania, and while things here are not as rosy as they could be, it's definitely not a bad country, so please restrain yourself from posting such hateful comments about a country that you've never even been to.
  5. Msi afterburner can see that also check frametimes
  6. Well i took a look at the log form Starwind and i see this error "???WARNING: P2V::getBuffer: ReadFile - 23. Erro de dados (erro por redundância Cíclica)." translating to english is "Data error (cyclic redundancy check)"
  7. This video just didn't sit right with me, rewarding someone for this behaviour.
  8. Okay thats good, so does the Pc boot at all with RAM in without the overclock (EXPO etc)? (Apologies if youve mentioned this already)
  9. If that's just a green laser pointer, it's not going to damage your PC. You're more likely to damage your eyes by accidentally reflecting the laser back into them.
  10. firstly yes, thats the best way to lower voltages and temps on zen architecture the easiest (if that makes sense) And 85 is perfectly fine to boot, but less heat dump into a room is always nice regardless
  11. Its likely bug in your GPU. DDU and reinstall drivers or else revert older version. Assuming some visual object or something else in csgo makes game crash except other games that doesn't have that object or code might be explanation. Changing csgo settings may indeed help. Try messing around and see which feature is causing that. Set to high then apply then switch to custom and tick some settings off and do test rounds to see which will stay running. Changing hertz might solve in some cases.
  12. Okay so setting the negative curve offset will help with getting lower voltages and temperatures? Will try it in asap as the CPU reaches 85C while gaming and scares me because on my previous Ryzen 3600xt I didn't even exceed 65C even in peak summer using the same cooler.
  13. HDR in Windows is very temperamental. It's probably still supported, but implementation in Windows 11 is still poor. Unfortunately, I have no proper solution to your issue, other than maybe try a different monitor with HDR support, but I just thought I'd sympathize with you.
  14. yup edit: just to add, I had a look for bent pins a few hours ago when I was doing another reseating and the pins looked perfect to me.
  15. i guess fb marketplace prices rose in that case ditch am4 complete waste of money and youll still get worse performance than a 12600kf, maybe go for that microcenter bundle 32gb kit wise just buy the cheapest 3200c16/3600c18 bin doesnt matter what heatspreader you buy all the same random ics be it shitty samsung c die or something decent like hynix cjr/djr, you probs arent gonna save that much money going for green pcb jedec and youd only buy those for maxing out your ram performance on the cheap as tuned will always crush xmp but xmp will always be more convenient since its a 1 click no need for stresstests and gets you 80% of the way there so adeuqate perfornance wise, you might even be able to find a used bdie kit like 3200c14 or a patriot 4400c19 viper steel for a decent price as for the gpu just get the 6600xt since its cheaper than the 2070s with equivalent performance, unless you can find a 5700xt for even cheaper which they usually are and have the same performance as a 6600xt
  16. so -25 might just be too much -25 is quite a big jump i think -30 is actually roughly the cap try -20, if that does work -18/-15 or something
  17. -25 all cores is too agressive, 5600x isn't top silicon, it crashes my 5900x too Spot which 2 cores are your best ones, put them at -15 and you should be fine, with others at -25 or even -30 on 2 worst ones
  18. Run an sfc anyway it takes 2 seconds and verify game files if all else fails DDU, if that fails it might be due to that reddit thread
  19. Problem is the panel is set for 4K with 3840x2160 physical pixels, so anything else than 4K and 1080p (which is just 1/4 of 4K) may look blurry due to not matching with the pixel layout What's your GPU ?
  20. And the sensors data For a start though you dont seem to have XMP turned on, youre running your RAM at 2133MT/s instead of 3600MT/s
  21. So the other day I decided to download Assassins Creed Odyssey, because I wanted to test out the HDR on my "HDAren't" Monitor (Samsung Odyssey G5 27" 1440p 165hz HDR500). I had used HDR to watch some movies and play some F1 2023 before this, but heard Odyssey had a great implementation of HDR, and wanted to test it out. So I install the game, I had the Windows Use HDR setting on with a color profile set for my monitor. I turned on HDR in the game and it looked all blown up. So I turned off HDR in game, changed my preset game mode on the monitor and restarted the game. This time the HDR option was unavailable. I went into windows display settings and there I found that Use HDR was also turned off. I even noticed that I wasn't getting the 165hz option in the Windows settings or NVidia control Panel. It says that my monitor supports the Use HDR function, but whenever I go to turn it on it instantly bounces right back and turns itself off. I'm confused on what's going wrong with my system. I tried updating drivers, restarting the PC, unplugging and replugging in the DP cable, all to no avail.
  22. Its a fresh new build, 5 months old. All pieces are new. Ram is slot 2 and 4, with XMP 1 active. I tried fresh w11 install. All is updated: bios, drives, w11 It seems that the number of crashes can be reduced when i play in windowed mode with the settings not on ultra but on high. But still it crashes at some point. Should i still try?: Try running sfc/scannow to see if windows has any issues? Tried running DDU?
