    Motherboard final decision(for 2700x)

Well, to be fair I "only" have the X370-F Strix wich takes around 15-20W more than the other two Boards I had (Biostar X370GT7 and MSI B450I). I wouldn't care if that was under load, but its also in low load conditions...

How do Chinese people think of HUAWEI?

the fact that Huawei is a chinese brand and being politically supported by gov, I assume it acts as a spyphone sending data away, (same as other chinese brands and also apple) also thanks to xiaomi, giving an overall image to chinese phone are being cheap and copycats, Huawei has made its price tag(high end?) too high in comparison to other flagship phones, such as samsung / htc/lg etc. it doesnt make any sense getting getting it over the other well-branded flagships.
  6. I was thinking of a cheap way for backing up my PC

  8. Domain, no, unless you set up a business and become an actual domain-registrar. As for hosting, yes, I do it myself.

Ghetto Intel Core i7 from CHINA for $100!!

Hi, I'm interesting in this topic. Are there any bug found out until now, it's still worthly?

Is this a good first build?

Yes and it depends on the settings. öhm, no. Where did you get that?? VEGA and 2600 are a nice combination. Also there is something called graphics settings. Many of them are more on the GPU side, so with a more powerful GPU you can set higher textures for example or better FSAA, AF.
  11. Interesting. That makes a lot of sense, but I wondered how those adapters would even work. Probably the Wi-Fi PCI-E thing would be the only one that would work, but as I mentioned, I believe to access the Wi-Fi card, you have to open the laptop from top and bottom, you can't just have a cable sticking out of the bottom. As for the laptop display, I may even get an entirely new display connect to my laptop. If I did that, couldn't I just use that display to output what is needed and use the laptop display for everything else? Would this work at all?

Might switch to FreeNAS - Hardware Question

yep zfs doesn't care what the connector is, id just use the sata on the board then.

Is there such a thing as free domain and hosting?

Well it costs money to have a server host your website, and someone has to pay those costs. Normally if you want a normal website its not free, and the domain registrars want their money too. So normally, no, but it really doesn't cost much either, like less than 20 a month.

I believe it has 4 or 6. I have to dig up the specs. Would I still be able to take advantage of ZFS?

You can stream using NVENC through the 2080 Ti, no need to do it through CPU as quality is fine now. With the 2080 Ti you get a better GPU for eye candy and CPU wise the i7 8700K has the same single thread performance of the 9900K and the greatest majority of games is quad core optimized. As long as your don't multi-task too much it should be perfectly fine
  21. move it to the other slot, unplug all internal storage devices and mouse. Get a different usb, format FAT 32 and ensure you get the latest version of the bios unzipped into the root directory of the flash drive.

  26. WARNING: NOOB QUESTION INBOUND Reason: Knowledge and learning. I want an interactive website that connects/splits to other websites. (Let me know if you want more info on this). Just wondering if it's possible to have free domains and free hosting without the need of a 3rd party software/builder? And will I be able to customize it? What are the limitations? Is it possible to "build" your own domain and do your own hosting? Or is it easier to build an app or a program for it instead?
