  2. Answer as many of these as you can so I can pinpoint the fault: Does it only happen on YouTube? Does it happen on other video hosting sites? Only the video turns dark? Or does the entire screen turn dark? Does it happen when not watching in fullscreen? Does it happen when watching locally saved videos in VLC or other media player?
  3. Same thought here. The ability to simply pull a load is one thing, the ability to handle the load related to suspension and brakes along with the size/weight of the pulling vehicle is another so it's not being pushed or snatched around by the weight of the load it's towing. My S10 itself (4.3ltr / 5-speed trans / 4x4 truck) can easily pull 4000+ lbs itself because it's done it before with an older vehicle fully on a trailer (1980 Chrysler New Yorker) and didn't have any problems pulling it at all related to the truck's capability to get it moving and keep going. However with the truck's own smaller size and weight I could tell I was close to the "Safe" limit for what I was pulling before I'd run into problems just handling the load. The suspension wasn't the problem, the brakes and lighter weight of it were the telling signs about it being that way but I did pull the trailer for about 25-30 miles that way without issues - I just had to be careful about braking/braking distance (Red lights and so on) and not taking curves too fast with it. I maybe had to drop drop down from 5th to 4th once along the way due to hills but overall it just took the car/trailer and ran with it. I also have done the same with an older Fordson 3-cylinder diesel tractor on a trailer in the same way - That DID reveal the pickup's weight limits related to something being too much and had to do that tow carefully. I only had to take it about 10 miles in a rural area so it wasn't too bad, I just had to take it slow and got it where it needed to be. Braking was something I had to pay mind to because of the "Push" I got from the tractor's weight when braking and it was the same for the rest in general - Even the suspension was tested with that pull. Even with that the little pickup didn't have any issues just pulling it related to sheer engine power/capability. Only reason I did that was it was my dad's tractor and my truck was the only towing capable vehicle we had available, so we just loaded it up and did it.
  4. as a volaloid fan i can only shrug at this new "invention", sorry.
  5. just make your own server, problem solved. games don't just disappear, people don't care enough to preserve them, unless they do. ps: I know that's technically probably illegal im just saying its possible and its done, so saying it can't be done doesn't count ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  6. hmm i dunno most games can still be played one way or another so while I'm at heart for "game preservation" this current trend seems very clickbaity and not very accurate to me. And if *your* game cant be played anymore, umm A name it, and B just make your own server? And yes i know that's not always possible, but again, in almost all cases, probably close to 99% it is. don't complain, learn programming or something is my suggestion therefore.
  7. Maybe I'm just mean but I was hoping LTT had removed all the internals and left a middle finger inside the case.
  8. At that price range, the good options are going to be bottlenecked by your CPU. You might get 200fps instead of 250fps. Can your monitor show 250 or even 200fps? Is it the end of the world? Anyway, I recommend the 7900 GRE. See this video at 08:15 of what it can compete with when the memory is overclocked. Check the price of those GPUs it competes with When you finally upgrade to 1440p, it becomes a 4070Ti, and at 4K it becomes a 4070Ti Super
  9. So i got a virus, and after doing a defender scan it confirmed that i did. I pressed the button saying "take action" and it just did nothing and suddenly said i was fine even after doing another scan. Windows defender said that the application was automatically quarantined, but was this immediate or could the application have executed some malicious code already? The link i clicked on was pretending to be a real website but was a scam, and i did click on the application which for some reason windows didn't stop me from doing, and i was able to use the application. I didn't have any passwords saved for quick fillouts, but should i still have anything to worry about?
  10. Yeah, it'll work. The only thing that might happen is depending on your specific motherboard's auto rules, set the CAS latency to 20 instead of 19 because AMD setups generally don't like odd CAS latency values for reasons I won't get into.
  11. It's the CPU's integrated memory controller that needs to recognize it, the board just provides the physical connection between RAM and CPU. Anything above 2666 MT/s generally requires XMP to be enabled in the BIOS. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-1x/sp#sp According to their specs, they support 3600 MT/s
  12. Yes. Depending on if you want to use Hardware or Software RAID, you either need a SAS RAID controller or a SAS HBA card (in IT mode!) with the proper cables of course.
  13. If you're a serious pro gamer, you should be using BenQ's XL series monitors. 24-inch, 1080p, 240Hz, DyAc strobing.
  14. I think we've completely strayed from answering OP's original question at this point... Yes Windows vs Linux vs MacOS vs whatever will forever be a thing but at some point I think we just have to accept that the perfect OS simply doesn't exist and probably will never exist and just have to move on with our lives Just my humble 2 cents...
  15. This looks quite promising for gaming performance

  17. Dude I know what you mean. I have an S22 and god damn the screen on that thing is amazing. I was actually just looking at the Hisense U7K as well, but I stumbled upon this reddit post where a lot of comments say Hisense as really bad QC. Makes me a bit hesitant, but see if anyone else has some input on it?
  18. I have corsair dominator ram, a corsair AIO cooling loop and a corsair power supply. Everything else is not corsair. I will check out that video and see what it can tell me. Thank you.
  19. Sure, and its going to keep growing, but normal people who follow artists and care about real music don't care.. and I don't see them ever caring. For now its just for tech kids and bros.
  20. I was hesitant to hop on the HDR train, then I got an S22+ with a stupid bright OLED and was sold. Got a TV that supports Dolby Vision, and holy smokes, even at 250nits (no FALD) peak it still wows me in that 10% window of brightness. THAT SAID: it did take some fiddling with the picture setting to get it to what I consider good color and saturation etc. Out of the box it had some BestBuy color defaults that looked kinda bad, but it only took about 15 minutes of going through menus and adjusting for it to be right. This TV is also in a room that is predominantly dim, so the lack of true HDR brightness isn't an issue. My recommendation in that budget would be the: Hisense u7 (very well reviewed) TCL q7 (will require fiddling with picture settings to not be obnoxiously oversaturated and blown out) (Sony, Samsung, and LG have offerings in that size+price bracket, but they underperform and are VASTLY outperformed by their higher tier options)
  21. I am planning to get a A520M or B450M motherboard, probably from Gigabyte's DS3H line, would these motherboards/chipsets be an issue? Would the motherboard automatically recognize 3596 or 3600?
  22. No actual product's picture, no explanation if it's new or used, I would be glad if they're even giving an effort of sending a brick to my address if I ordered one It's obviously way too good to be true, and I would gladly accept if they even send an actual Ryzen 5600 with bent pins IMO, it would be better to just find at Facebook's used market store rather than sketchy Chinese market place that has no liability risk on their side Here's I attach screenshot of the page in USD for reference
