GJ man.  Why did you not go with a matte finish?  I know the gloss/semi-gloss looks good in person though... good pictures are harder to take because of that gloss.  :)

I know... some of the pictures have the light sources bouncing off of the gloss; messing up the look of it a little.  I am asking why you chose gloss over a flat?

Ah misread. Because feels nicer. The og kb was gloss. I was intended to paint only the orange part black. Ended up with something better.

The og gloss looks cool so kept it gloss again

I saw that.  I have a question: Did you scuff up the plastic before you painted?  The pictures did not show a scuffed up surface.  You might have missed a very important step.  It still looks good, mind you.  :)

Just clean. I might miss bunch of steps. Still regret that I didnt remove the volume wheel (it was easy as it turns out but there were wires and pcb stuff and don't wanna get this kb damaged so I poorly masked it with some tape). Tried to remove the paint later but ended up scratching the plastic itself.

Scuffing up the surface let's the paint bind better and with 2-3 (I like 3 coats) very light coats, the new paint seems to set better;  more uniform.

The wheel is plastic?

Yeah lol. An easy breakable one. Zoom in on some pics and you could see the disaster (if I did take it)

If it bugs you, you can always just remove it and soak it in paint thinner or something... warm soapy water and a bristle brush (not metal bristles) will take care of latex based paint.

Well thanks, but I already scratched the plastic lol. And it still works flawlessly and though I have some OCD on some tiny orange dot leftover un painted that I just repaimted, the wheel is the least of my concern for now. Though I will see if anybody sells dead g710
