Why are you getting a mini atx board with a full tower?

Also, I have a very similar build, but with a 240gb ssd, different case, and dual 970s.

It's cheaper to get a better OS

yeah id say get a 250 gb ssd and spend more maybe on graphics.

I actually have a similar Thermaltake case and I can say from experience they are pretty durable so good choice on that but since its a full tower you might wanna go with a ATX board instead of a micro. Also you might wanna look into the Corsair H100i, it has a bigger radiator and since you have a full case might as well take advantage of the space.

why you getting windows 7?
