no the CPU and motherboard would not work together I'm sorry no one cared to reply soon enough. However they would not work together the AMD A8-7600 is a FM2+ socket type, the motherboard is a FM3+ socket type motherboard. Sorry but AMD A8-7600 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor and Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard are not compatible.
