Whats is the best CPU for rendering for around £300 or $445?

Hi Everyone   I was wondering if I could get some recommendation on a CPU that I could buy for around £300 or $445. I would be using it to run Maya, Z-brush, Adobe CC products (PSD, After Effects etc.) Mudbox, Nuke and Mari.   My Build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/NxRVjX   Would I be better off buying a CPU with more cores?   For example Intel Core i7 Quad-Core i7-6700 3.4GHz Processor over Intel Core i7 Quad-Core i7-5820 3.3GHz Processor   Thanks everyone
