Is this a good $1000 Gaming/Editing Build

Is this a good pc? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VTbsGX . Also I will overclock the baseclock to 3.8. Please let me know if you have better builds! Also I want to know if the power supply is enough to power everything? Like the usb 3.0 and 2 usb 2.0. Also there are 5 120mm fans in the case preinstalled.
