I would say Pixel, it gets direct updates from Google, also V20 doesn't have a AMOLED display.

I actually like a thicker phone. I have the Pixel XL and my dad has the Moto Z Force Droid. I like how his phone is thicker; it makes it easier to hold when you're using it caseless.
