The Pixel 9 Pro seems to be coming in two sizes. Finally!
And I'm glad they will likely stick to their original naming and call the larger model the Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Has anyone tried Starfield with FSR3? It seems to make the game run worse. Here are my first results:
FSR 3 w/o FG: ~80 FPS
Native 4K: ~90FPS
CAS: 93FPS
XeSS (Ultra Quality Preset): 100FPS
XeSS (Quality Preset): 110FPS
FSR 3 w/ FG: 120 FPS (micro stutters and artifacts)
So right now I think I'll just stick to either CAS or XeSS.

Considering the level of effort that has been put into Starfield to this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they're using the original version of FSR 3 rather than an updated one. It seems like the kind of mistake they could make.
The first version was pretty terrible from all of the accounts that I saw online when it was released. Later versions have apparently improved it massively, especially when it comes to micro stutters, although I currently don't own a game that supports it to do any testing myself.
Or it could be an engine issue. I've heard a lot of stuff about things like UI flicker or other glitches when getting a high framerate - which is easier said than done in Starfield from the sound of it.
Maybe when FSR 3.1 releases they'll update it all again? It seems strange to me that the dev team originally were adamant that FSR alone was sufficient, only for them to seemingly neglect the FSR option as soon as DLSS was an option.

I received my replacement Dell AW3225QF today and just played Sons of the Forrest in 4K.
On absolutely max settings I get ~ 80-100FPS with a 7900XT and a Ryzen 7 5800X. The game looks phenomenal!
Why are much larger studios so much worse at making well-performing games?

Awesome! My Pixel Watch 2 suddenly only manages a full day of battery life instead of two. I restarted it now, let's see if that fixes it.
