Why did you went with a yellow Asus mobo ? It's yellow, that's not gold :).

 

I got a good deal on the mobo and CPU on Black Friday. It looks quite nice in the case, though.

 

More stuff came in today! I also finished mounting the second rad. Things are moving along nicely.

EPIC man, EPIC! That's some hardcore gear right there which will server you a good 3-5years. It appears you me your going for somewhat of a lack and white theme? I see you're using white tubing, what color coolant are you intending to use? You can get Mayhem's Pastel White I believe, looks like milk. Nonetheless can't wait to see the finished product man.

Thank you! The loop I have planned is going to be black and white, yes. I was planning on getting a gold plated Phobya reservoir instead of the black one, but I had some concerns, so I decided not to. Currently, I'm planning on just using distilled or deionized water. (Boring, I know). I've decided against coolant mixes because of what I've seen them do in other peoples systems. (Example here). I may try lighting up the reservoir with a light, and I might see if I can get an auto shop to tint the res also.

Nice one. Great power, nice parts, eager to see how this turns out.

I can be a cynical a**hole at times. I apologize if I cause any offence at those time. I also occasionally have issues communicating my point. Extreme introversion + Photographic memory + Some other things.

The system is up and running now, but I'm out of town currently, so I don't have any pictures of what the system currently looks like. I've got to do some cable management with the system to clean things up a little, but I'm almost done!
