Ryzen for emulators?

I know Ryzen is great for games but how is it for emulators like Dolphin, PCXS2, RPCS3, Citra, Xenia, Cemu, PPSSPP,, EPSXe, DeSmuME etc.?

I know intel does better for emulators but how will ryzen stack up?

Works fine for me doing some PS2/Gamecube/Wii Stuff, even running the games at 4k with effects seemed fine.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Should I go 1600 or 1700 for emulators? I heard someone told me that 1700 will benefit more for emulators

I think emulators still aren't using many cores/threads, 1600 is probably fine unless you need more cores for something else. Gamers Nexus just put out an AM4 motherboard round up as well.
