Well the game does seem to leverage the CPU a whole lot more, so the i7 isn't a bad option.

Yes, thats what im seeing in some benchmarks

thats why im thinking if its worth the extra money

780ti is my gfx card

Don't need to get a i7 to expect tangible performance increase in bf4.  It is a good option if you need your PC for more than just gaming.

Edit: Yes, there may be a bit of a performance increase, but only a few frames, not worth the extra money if you're only gaming in my opinion.

One or two frames, and maybe up to five in intensive scenes.
