International Star Citizen fleet (Nomadic, semi-hardcore freedom fighters)

We are aiming for a mid sized fleet, we want to stay strategically agile, compact and intitmate, and currently we have around 50 pledged members and looking for between 30 - 50 more. Currently, US time zones remain open though it seems it will be the first one to fill up and may close soon. Australian/ South East Asian time zone gamers are in high demand, whilst EU is our second strongest TZ cluster right now.

 

We are aiming for 30-40 players in each major time zone cluster.

 

A strong force in any game does not have 200 people on at 4 hours of the day. They have a solid, skilled group on at all times.

 

We value:

  • Teamwork
  • People who strive to better their skills in their field(s)
  • 25 hours of play time per week (average) is a minimum (around 3.5 hours per day)
  • Social skills and maturity is very important. However, we are not family friendly due to nature of banter. This mainly refers to our zero-tolerance policy for drama.

We can offer:

  • A well coordinated, inclusive fleet full of helpful and social gamers.
  • Internal competition between our six fleet wings, random giveaways and rewards to members who produce outstanding results in their field.
  • Several casual game clubs, right now games included is War Thunder, Natural Selection 2 and Minecraft.
  • Experience from nearly 10 years of gaming together. Join us for our anniversary!
  • Future official games. Not even Star Citizen is going to last forever (though hopefully this game is 'the one') and our top men are constantly analyzing what future game releases will work for us. Currently, we have identified CCP's upcoming World of Darkness as a possible future main game.

 

Mission statement

 

We are nomads. We move with the profit, we manipulate economies, ferry goods of varying levels of legality. But we are also warriors and freedom fighters. We are a space-borne nation of outcasts, who are the round peg in UEE's square hole, we will ferociously protect any of our followers, for that is what it is to be a home to a family. There are those among us who exercise what many would call 'piracy'. We prefer to call them value requisition specialists. These are not the stupid kind of pirate, nor are they bloodthirsty, they work towards goals that benefit outcasts all over the galaxy.

Ugh I wish I got into Star Citizen at the end of last year now, good luck to the fleet.  ^_^

We have pirates among us, we associate with pirates and denounce the UEE. We are however not random bloodthirsty pirates, the piracy we perform is a lot more gentlemanly and based on a long-term perspective of keeping a high reputation. Rather than always attacking we'll be offering to let targets pass for a cut of their profit or goods, and we will honor our offers every time.

 

The point I'm trying to get across is that we are pirates, but we are smarter than your average pirates. We are allied with two other pirate fleets as well.

Are you referring to the life time insurance? Only reason I can see why you would regret not pledging yet. LTI isn't that much of a deal by the way :) And if you have a friend you trust that has original backer status, you could just get them to buy a ship and gift it to you, and you'll have LTI.

What I meant was, you let them buy it for you using your money :P

 

Then they gift it to you. You can get LTI this way until late November :)

Ooh, no, just Lifetime Insurance. Which is if a user pledged before July 6th. Someone who pledged before July 6th will still get LTI as part of any ship purchase until late november this year, and the LTI stays on the ship if it's gifted away. If you buy a ship now with a fresh account, you don't get LTI, which is what I thought you meant :P

How did it go? :P

 

Update:

We are now running a Starmade server. Essentially, this game is Minecraft in space. Gather resources by disassembling pirate ships you beat, space stations and derelicts, and build your own ships with turrets, hangar bays, massive weaponry and fearsome fighter compliments! We're having a lot of fun with this game, and we have invited some of our allies to use our server as well. Here's a few examples of ships built by the Starmade community:

Update on our roster needs to hit our target of 90 pilots:

 

-Time zones PST to NST (North/ South America, from east to west) --- 9-16 pilots
-Time zones GMT to GMT +3 (Europe) --- around 11 pilots
-Time zones GMT +7 to NZT (South East Asia and Oceania) --- around 15 pilots

 

Note that forum/ web based recruitment will close forever once we hit these targets, and the only way to join will be to get to know our pilots in-game. Players who specifically want to be marines and crew more than they fly their own ships are always wanted, and fall outside these limitations.

 

I got them both, and a new Aurora.. :( And im broke.. But good thing its payday today!

We add a new server to our growing casual games supported by Bloodpact: No More Room in Hell. The server name is "Hell is overrated! (bloodpact.net)" so hop on in if you have this free zombie survival game and maybe some of us will be there :)

Hehe, we've got the same one, although the colours are a bit messed up on some ships in it because of the ambient lighting :(

Got an Idris today. it was torture. Sweet, sweet torture. Emotional rollercoaster until I managed to get one on the last batch available. Never doing this again!

grats on getting Idris.. it was sold out already..

1k euro.. dang!

 

All four batches of 100 were sold out in about 3 (lowest) to 12 (highest) seconds... I can't believe my luck.

 

I was refreshing the Idris store page on a 5 second timer in one window, and had the Idris at the last checkout step in another. For the first three batches, it was simply not enough to click 'checkout' as soon as the refreshing page went from "0 left" to "100 available". The last batch I actually randomly clicked when it said "0 left" (it hadn't refreshed yet, and that turned out to be a stroke of genius as the Idris were put on sale in that two second time span that I was "out of date", so to speak.

 

I managed to keep a straight face and troll my guildies on Teamspeak that I had missed it... I was like "bad news guys".. And they were really disappointed. Then I went "we're going to have a hard time affording fuel for this ship I just bought" and they all burst out laughing.

 

What a messed up day that was.
