Well if you play ARMA a lot then you'll probably want an i5 4460 CPU, otherwise grab an SSD and you should be fine, your GPU is fine for 1080p gaming

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

With that budget I wouldn't bother with skylake, grab a 144hz display if you don't already have one with the money saved, though G-sync displays add a decent amount to the cost
