Is this a good cooler for me?

Hi guys, 

              I would like to know if this fan and cooler will keep my pc at a safe temperature. I am going to be doing heavy gaming and overclocking. I would also like to know if the rest of this build will be good for playing games like GTA5 and The Witcher 3 at high settings. All help is appreciated, thank you in advance.
