Open corsair Link:

Double click your liquid cooler LED icon:

Configuration window pops up:

Change color accordingly. I got my H100i last Christmas, a bug was present where if you didn't set all colors to at least a value of 1, it would not display correctly. This is why on mine I have red set to 1. Cant notice the difference and it works. Im not sure if they ever patched this bug.

Also make sure all the cables are correctly connected on the cooler if its not showing up in corsair link.

did you double check cables? if I remember correctly during installing there is two cables, one powers the CPU block/pump/thing and another is a micro-USB cable that also plugs into the CPU block/pump/thing and then into your Motherboard whichs is for corsair link.
