Ethernet Cat5e vs Cat6 vs Cat6a

Am I going to see a difference between these cables or is it all marketing? I'm looking for a 10-20m ethernet and there's a premium getting the Cat6 cables.

Speed.  LOTS of speed between the three of them.

I only have 150Mb/s broadband so the Cat5e should suit me fine then.

Yes it is the same. the cable standard doesnt change. i would go for the highest you can within your budget. especially if you plan on transferring files over your internal network.

I would stick with the Cat6 then!
