(Cisco EPC3925) Wired internet working fine. Wireless gives signal but can't access internet.

Zyre

Greetings,

I'm in need of some assistance. We've been having this issue for some time now and it's basically driving me nuts because I can't find the issue.

We regularly get the issue that wireless can't access to the internet. The signal shows up and you will be able to connect to it, but it won't let you access any internet website.

The only temporary fix I have right now is unplugging the device. When it boots up again every device can access the internet again.

My desktop PC and my brothers PC are connected by wire. We don't get any connection issues.

Resetting also won't work.

Does someone have a clue on what might be going on? I already tried changing between WPA, WPA2-Personel, and WPA/WPA2-Personal without luck.

Check for a firmware update. Otherwise it might be time to get a new router.
