Whats wrong with this computer

So my bios was not coming up on my computer and i found out it was because of a bad ram stick so i ordered a new stick.

 

 

it came in the mail and i put it in right away.

 

MY BIOS came up! and it was great so i decided to set it up and make my bios boot off my usb and put  the stuff in my room. i plugged all the wires in and now and i dont have my usb in but the BIOS WONT SHOW UP?!?! im a noob but is this normal??

check all your power connections

 

are you running from the onboard or GPU?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
