Possible Crossfire?!?

Is it possible to crossfire 2 R9 270X in a pci 3 x16 and pci 2 x4. I am not asking if there will be a performance hit. I'm asking is that is it possible?

I believe that's compatible, yes. What motherboard are you using specifically?
