Windows 10 big update?

Hello currently installing a Windows 10 PRO 64 bits build it is an Update with Windows update i go ahead and restart to update but it comes to a Windows 10 installer page with the round windows progress bar and the text Updating Windows like its installing new OS and making it ready this must be new and unusual?

Its a major update. A SP1 if you will.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Their making Windows 10 SPs?

Yep now blue screen with all your files remain and unchanged something like it its like making Windows ready with fresh install or upgrade xD

I wanne know what Microsoft did with my privacy settings too as usual.

Ofc some of their spying has been re-enabled...
