mouse doesn't work correct

so i recently got a new mouse, the Trust GMS-501, it looked good and i needed a new one because my old one, the logitech MK 270 wireless combo (keyboard and mouse) didn't work for me anymore.

BUT, now i have the trust mouse and i'm having this problem:

both mouses are connected because i can't disconnect the wireless cause it's a combo, but my new mouse doesn't work when i get my pc out of stand-by mode.

my old mouse works fine after stand-by so i was wondering if you can't get 2 mouses on 1 pc, which i don't think is true.

anyone knows what this is?

 

(edit) the red light in the new mouse works.

(edit 2) if i disconnect the new mouse from my pc and put i back in it works again
