What is inbetween 750 ti and a r9 380 video card?

Chr1sco14

I am building a low budget gaming pc and the 750 ti is too low however the r9 380 is too high? any good recommendations (mainly for minecraft and cs go )

the ti is good for those 2 games but if a new game comes out than i would like to be able to play that game to a similar standard so what are ur recommendations?

380 is noticeably more powerful but it uses more power (may require a more expensive PSU to accomodate, increasing overall build price further), outputs more heat, and of course costs more.

The 380 will handle most games at 1080p very well indeed. If you're worried about edging out a bit more performance, find a used 7970 and call it a day.

I'd have a look at the R7 370, it'll do fine for Minecraft and CS:GO, and should hold up in AAA titles, given that you're willing to turn down the settings. It will certainly be better than the console-grade experience, and they're around the same price as the 750 Ti (in the UK, at least).

And?

That doesn't change the difference between the two.

@OP go for a card inbetween them if you're concerned. the R7 370 is an excelent option, and is hands down faster than the 750ti.

I suppose an R7 370 or a GTX 950

Some more context would be appreciated though @Chr1sco14
