So I currently have a 750ti and a i5 4440, I am upgrading to a r9 390x this Christmas and because I've been told ARMA 3 is cpu dependent will my fps improve much with an upgrade to a r9 390x vs my current 750ti?

it will help a lot.

A 4440 is fine for arma 3 .

broken game is CPU bottleneck most of the time.
