VPNs: Private Internet Access vs VPN Unlimited

Does anyone have expereince with those VPNs?^^ Are they fast? Reliable? Lots of different locations? 

 

There are a ton of reviews for PIA but I can't find many for VPN unlimited. I can get PIA for a year for $30 or VPN Unlimited for lifetime for $40, so I'm not sure. VPN Unlimited feels like there has to be something wrong but they both support the same protocols with the exception of PIA having PPTP and the other not. Thoughts?
