Quick Question: Is my 390x running too cool on idle?

I have a sapphire 390x tri-x

Intel i5 4690k @ 3.5GHZ ll Sapphire R9 390x Tri-X ll  CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 2x8GB @ 2400 MHZ ll MSI Z97 PC Mate ll EVGA Gold Plus 750W G2

Although that is kinda interesting seeing as my 290 idles at 44 watercooled.

Yea my water cooled 290X's run at highish idle temps, not 44 though that is rather high.
