Not sure, I've only ever done 720 @ 30fps, you'll use about 2.5mb/s alone for that.

Specs: nitro 390, z97-g55 msi mobo, I5 54690K, (With a cooler master hyper 212 evo), a cx600M corsair psu. (upgrading this to an XFX this Christmas) and 8 gigs of GDDR3 ripjaws.

This pc does fine to just play games. But I am wanting to start streaming/recording games like battlefront and such. Would I need to upgrade my cpu to start streaming games? Also on a side note what would be the best recording/streaming software in terms of it being light weight on my pc and still good quality. (720p 60fps)

My internet speed should be ok. I have 20 down and 5 up. not the greatest I know. :P

No. System is fine. Internet speed might hold you back if you have slow up speeds

PC Audio Setup = Beyerdynamic DT 770 pro 80 ohm and Sennheiser pc37x (also for xbox) hooked up to Schiit Fulla 3

5mb up is not good enough for streaming?

Yup 720 @ 30fps is about what you can do on that kind of upload speed.
