More information is needed. Do you need an operating system? Monitor? Case? Specifics are key to success here.  :)

What type of motherboard do you want? (ATX, MicroATX, MiniITX, etc)

One that is compatible with the rest of the build. I dont know the difference between the ones you posted.

If you want a Mini ITX board (for small computer cases) go with the Corsair 380T case and the Gigabyte GA-Z97N-Wifi motherboard. If you want a standard size PC, I would recommend an Asus motherboard paired with a Mid Tower Corsair case. Remeber to factor in a WiFi module if your motherboard does not come with WiFi.
