Best Budget Desktop Speakers

What are the best budget desktop speakers? 

 

Subwoofer or not I don't mind can anyone suggest some decent speakers for around £50 or $75.

A clean design would be preferred, none of this gaming design which looks...questionable :)

I got the Edifier M1360 2.1 Speakers for my PC. It has a separate knob volume control which is really great. It costs around $25 usd in my country Philippines. Im not an audiophile and I can say that im satisfied with these speakers.

I have genius SP-HF2.0 1800A, probably genius have the best budget speakers.. just because they have wooden speakers. My old Genius died after 3-4 year... they are not like woooww.. but for the money they are the best
