Help with keyboard

So i'm about to get a lenovo y50 with german keyboard, will it work with english and greek??

Can i change keys via software?

you should be able to change the keyboard layout and language within windows. but i would suggest getting the properly formatted keyboard if greek is not similar to the english layout.
