how much W's will the system be normally pulling? Do you have your build as a parts list in Pc Part Picker?

~450 I already have and will be reusing the 4460, 12gb ddr3 and dell motherboard. I have stock cooler and one other fan. The only parts I need to buy are the case, GPU, and PSU. Ive added to the list the things I have that I could find on PCPP. I do want to have some wiggle room for upgrades in the future.

I see why you need a decently powerful PSU now,

I think if you wanted to go a little higher I would go with this: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120pb0750kr

But the current 650w one that you have selected seems fine, its also fully modular which is a plus over the 750w which is semi-modular.

Someone recommended this: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (220-GS-0650-V1) - PCPartPicker

It will be running a crappy dell MOBO, a 4460 and a 390.

You're good.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.

you linked him to the old NEX series which are worse than the newer seasonic/superflower oem units. the NEXB is a tier 4 unit (not good)
