[US-Newegg] G.SKILL Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 2400 - $64.99

Koshigaya

Awesome deal on these sticks. The G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB are also normally priced at $64.99 with the same exact specs, but it's blue. So if you're looking for inexpensive but reliable ram that fits just about every color scheme the Sniper Series is the way to go.

Here's a better picture, the newegg pictures don't really show it off too well.

Was actually thinking about buying this. I have an issue where occasionally my computer will have massive lag / screen tear for 2-5 minutes every other hour. I restart my computer, or log off and log back in and it works great again. I replaced my GPU, and cpu and did a fresh OS install and it still happens. Does ram act this way?

I'm using an old GSKILL Ripjaws from newegg the red ones (5 years ago)

I might buy these. Then ill have 24gb of ram, which is overkill for gaming, but i get bragging rights

I'm sure they're not too awfully tall, but would they interfere with my Hyper 212 Plus?

That sounds like it could be your harddrive.

It's a samsung ssd 850 evo too. I switched it out to an old mechanical one too and the problem still is there :(

Hey I am considering 2 of these kits to replace my 16gb 1600Mhz(they will go into my steam box). Let all the chrome tabs be open while I game!

Forgive me El Guapo. I know that I, Jefe, do not have your superior intellect and education...

The 2400mhz is incredibly appealing for an APU system. Always wanted to build one of those...

I have this ram and a 212 evo, it hardly interferes. The fan gets clipped on just slightly higher than where its supposed to be, but it doesn't matter, temps still great
