Well clearing CMOS is the same on any board really. Unplug your PSU power cord, pop the button battery out of the motherboard's socket and wait a few minutes. Pop battery back in, plug PSU back in and start it up. CMOS cleared.

That being said that isn't really likely the issue. Have you tried a regular monitor? And when you plug your TV in does it auto detect on it's own or do you have to manually select the input?

Dude, save yourself some trouble and try a VGA cable. I've had the same problem with my gigabyte motherboard for the past three days. First I thought my gpu was messed up. Then I thought it was my motherboard so I tried damn near everything to fix it including clearing the cmos. Then I thought my tv I plugged into was messed up or something. Then I finally found an explanation on the Internet that said older tvs sometimes have communications problems with newer video cards and to try plugging in a VGA cable instead of a DVI. Instantly solved the problem. I got no clue if yours is the same problem as mine, but it sounds about the same. Just plug the VGA cable in and save yourself days of pain and suffering.

Don't do drugs. Do hugs!
