best artist pen for android galaxy tab 4 under 100$

I'm looking for a stylus/bluetooth pen under $100 for a beginner artist that is combatiable with the galaxy tab 4 and also that I could maybe use with my galaxy s6 edge phone. I'm looking at a pen with a smaller tip for sketches and with a least 2 buttons for undoing and erasing the app is use is auto desk sketchbook
