This is for an older couple. Things like internet browsing, word, excel, facebook games, quickbooks, etc. What motherboard is not too much for this build. Also the case could be changed as long as things still fit. In fact the smaller the case the better to an extent they want a little room to grow with hdd''s and the like. So all in all I need a good fitting mobo, if possible a smaller case like a mini atx.

I personally HATE the Logitech K120. It's an extremely spongy keyboard that feels very flimsy. As for the case, the Fractal Design Define R4 offers decent expandability, great compatibility, and keeps fingers safe with bent edges to prevent cutting.

Cant do the integrated. We want the ability to easily update indevidual parts as needed. Also How did you link from there I couldn't find a way. Plus the CPU from my link is free. Another bit why only 500GB if you can get better for less?
