Deleting windows folder from secondary drive

invincible_rat

Short story :

A little while ago (few months), i got an SSD and simply fresh installed windows (7 at that time). I then kept my 2TB Hdd as-is, never cleaned or deleted anything, it still boots my old windows instalation. I now use it at as a secondary drive (less played games/less used large programs, downloads. You know, everything that doesn't need to be on an SSD)

Today, i noticed that out of those 2 terrabytes, I only have 100GB left.

I then proceded into the cleaning progress... Deleted programs that are not on my current instalation of windows, cleaned the system images (suprisingly a big 40GB). Cleaned a lot of "system protected/hidden" crap that is needed for windows or other programs (because i won't ever boot again from this drive). The only thing I don't know how is the windows folder itself. I'm just struggleing on how to delete the windows folder.

TL;DR : How to safely and completely delete unused windows from secondary drive? (dont need to boot anymore)

Another question, can I delete the "system reserved" partition from that drive, is it only needed for boot?

You can use Live-CD linux to delete any folder that whines about being used or protected. Another way is to boot into safe mode.
