Delta makes some of the best power adapters out there if you can source one that is of the same voltage and 4.26Amps or greater with the correct connector it will work with the laptop no problem.

Getting an original HP replacement charger will be ideal of course, but any good quality multi-laptop Universal charger will work. I'd suggest avoiding no-name or off brands. Acer, Targus, Belkin, etc, all make universal adapters. They are usually auto-sensing for the voltage, and as long as the amperage rating is higher than the draw, it'll only pull what the device needs.

On Amazon.com, you can get official HP adapters for that model of laptop for as cheap as $55 or so.

FYI, are you sure it's 19.5W, and not 19.5V? 19.5W is basically nothing. That equals 4.6V at 4.26A, which is reallllllllllllly low for a laptop. Most Laptops draw closer to 60-90W.
