200€ Smartphone

Haloo!

So guys, I need a new smartphone,  but it needs to have a lower price. I need solid CPU and RAM in it, so it won't lag, don't need good GPU cuz i don't play games on it, it needs flaslight, decent camera (I really like to take photos.) And i would really prefer Android.

I think that's pretty good for my needs, but can you recoment me something better?

I got 200€ do disposal.
