I want a new gaming pc for around 1000$ and I have this but becous I am not good at these sort of things some tips could be very handy

You could buy 2 Intel Xeon X5460s with a Mobo and 16GB RAM for under 150 USD and you could get a 980 with the money you saved.

Get another psu , get a gtx 980 and a cheap air cooler like a hyper 212 evo
