Should I buy this? £600 budget

Aros
Want to get back into gaming. eg. LoL, Minecraft, L4D2, RuneScape and I want to know if this can possibly run a few of the newer games like Fallout 4 or Starwars. I know that most of those games don't require good specs but still. Also just for general usage like browsing, programming, watching videos and torrenting.

Going to use a dual or triple monitor setup at 1920 x 1080 21.5" each. Playing games at medium to high settings at 60FPS+.

Budget: Less is better obviously but ~£600 (About $900)

Buying from England, United Kingdom.

PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/7jTZNG

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£149.94 @ Aria PC)

Motherboard: Asus H81M-PLUS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£41.99 @ Amazon UK)

Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory  (£35.49 @ Dabs)

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£39.82 @ CCL Computers)

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked Video Card  (£128.99 @ Ebuyer)

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case  (£66.35 @ Aria PC)

Power Supply: Corsair CSM 450W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (£47.99 @ Amazon UK)

Total: £510.57

I can get all that for £530, prebuilt and delivered. I will install Windows 7 myself. Hoping for something that will last 5-10 years. Any changes I should make? I expect to eventually add an SSD and upgrade RAM and cooler. I am getting the 950 for the same price as a 750Ti because I intend to buy it from https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk The actual case I will get is NZXT PHANTOM 240 WHITE but couldn't find that on PCPartPicker.

Thanks.

If I went with the 4460 I can save £20, but the R9 380 takes the build up to £580. Still in the budget, but is it worth it? Isn't the 950 good enough for what I need?

Reason for the R9 380 instead of the 950? I know it has double the memory, but what else? Is 4GB necessary for what I need? Thanks.

It gets 10 FPS more in GTA V and 12 in Witcher 3. The test was made by using 4690k, but you will still see the pattern in the 4460. And you said you are going for 2 monitors so more VRAM is a must.
