Good cheap (and noise blocking) earbuds?

roboplex22

So I need a new pair of earbuds for school. I don't want to spend too much ($15-20 is preferred) since I go to a high school that Im just not comfortable with bringing expensive headphones to. Id like them to be noise isolating/cancelling since I have ears that are EXTREMELY sensitive to loud noise, and need to block out as much as possible. I know its hard to find a pair of cheap, good sounding and noise blocking earbuds, but maybe you guys have some recommendations. Thanks!

A pair of sony in ear earphones will do you just fine. They also come with protected cables which is good for longevity.

I own a pair of sennheiser cx300 II and they are darn good at noise isolation!

Depends on what you want; I preferred wireless over wired, but up to you. For your budget, here's what I would recommend.

Wired: Panasonic RPHJE120 (between $6 and $8 on Amazon, depending on color) - Cheap but has very nice sound quality given its price. My only complaint would be durability; it broke on me after about a year and a half of regular use and with no carrying case.

Wireless: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014OVP09Q?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 ($20.49 on Amazon) - Cheap given its price point for wireless earbuds. I ordered them with same-day shipping but have not received them yet, so I'll have to wait and see how these compare to the Panasonic earbuds.

These have caused some noise on head-fi.

It's Chinese, but they make most of our stuff anyway so it's worth to check out.

It definitely looks like it cost a lot more than it actually is.

Has anyone tried the LG Tone Pros? They're on sale for $30 at Best Buy and I've seen a lot of people using them. Are they any good?
