4k 24" monitor questions.

So I found this monitor whilst searching and I have a few questions.

1) Why is it so cheap for a 4k monitor?

2) Would it be decent for gaming?

3)Should I buy it?

This monitor is my ideal size as I currently have a 23" 1080p IPS and it fits perfectly onto my desk so I presume this would as well and I really like games to look as good as possible.

it isnt really that "cheap"  and for that price I have no complaints...

I like Computer Stuffs. Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it in again? Automation Expert (Bots, scripts, etc)! Add me on Xbox Live: JollyPlanet449 And on Steam!: Baxtmann Wanshow.tips is a cool place too

4K monitors have been getting cheaper in general. IMO the Dell P2415Q is a much better 24" 4K monitor for another 20 quid on the same site, though it's out of stock at the moment.

May I ask what is better about it? Cause for only £20 more it's still in my budget.

Higher quality stand with more adjustability, dimming circuit used for brightness control (instead of high speed flickering), more inputs, USB hub, and better warranty and service.
